About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product innovation, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, conducting market research and user studies to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create and implement product solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and understand customer-centric product development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling product management tools and methodologies.
