- Support the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) program and associated projects.
- Design, implement, and improve relevant processes, such as customer screening, operationalizing new organizational capabilities, and tooling.
- Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Product, Sales, and other business functions, to strengthen the Firm's risk management practices and drive risk management framework adoption.
- SUPPORT THIRD-PARTY RISK MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES, CONNECTING THE DOTS TO GAIN EFFICIENCY ACROSS ADJACENT PROCESSES.
- MATURE RISK REPORTING TO ENSURE VISIBILITY AND ADEQUATE TREATMENT FOR IDENTIFIED ISSUES.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN A COMMON KYC BODY OF KNOWLEDGE COVERING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES, AS WELL AS TRAINING MATERIALS FOR NEW JOINERS AND IMPACTED BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS.
