About the Role
  • Configure and maintain marketing systems to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
  • Develop and document system processes and train users on best practices.
  • Maintain core items such as CRM records, properties, lists, workflows, user management and GDPR compliance.
  • Implement lead scoring practices, lead sources, chatbots and marketing automation tactics to enhance conversion rates.
  • Manage data imports according to campaign requirements ensuring data accuracy, hygiene and proper segmentation.
  • Ensure data security and governance within marketing systems.
  • Communicate with internal teams to identify pain points and prioritize enhancements for core marketing systems.
  • Drive cross-platform integrations (Salesforce inclusive) and collaborate with other system administrators and internal data teams.
