About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on strategic projects for global leaders in the financial sector, driving transformation initiatives and delivering high-quality solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Support scope, quality, cost, and effort alignment for successful project outcomes.
  • Track progress against plans and proactively address roadblocks to delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and financial performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute communication and reporting strategies across stakeholders.
  • Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues with the project team.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and standard tools.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports using analytical tools and techniques.
  • Facilitate progress reviews, key decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong skills in risk and issue management, planning, and decision-making.
  • Evidence of excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with banking environments and managing change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in developing and monitoring detailed project plans.
  • Experience managing financial performance metrics and budgets.
  • Track record of producing high-quality deliverables and adapting to feedback.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools for effective progress tracking and reporting.
