About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client and Product Analytics Specialist to join our team at the Libertex Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with other teams and departments to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Provide a clear understanding of our products and services through data analysis and investigations.
  • Develop and monitor analytical metrics to support business decisions.
  • Communicate proactive insights and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Lead and expand the Products and Clients Analytics team to meet the analytical needs of the Company.
  • Improve and manage the processes of the team, including hiring, development, growth, operations, and analysis.
  • Manage AB tests analysis and contribute to the analysis and interpretation of results.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to improve the Experimentation Platform and other analytical systems.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics (data science) and 1-3 years as a team leader of analytical teams.
  • Business-oriented with organizational skills.
  • Highly analytical with critical thinking.
  • Good level of Math and Statistics.
  • Experience in AB-tests analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills in analytical and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Python/R/SQL.
  • Upper intermediate level of English.
