Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of state-of-the-art agency tools and systems
  • Manage a team of highly skilled software engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth
  • Ensure technical solutions meet business needs

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years' experience in leading teams & 5+ years' experience as a software developer
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, API design, and scalable systems
  • Experience with automation, Jira, Confluence, and DSP integrations
  • Proficiency in Python or .NET and familiarity with the other
  • Knowledge of Angular or React and familiarity with the other
  • SQL, GCP, Docker, and micro-frontend architecture styles and patterns
  • Enterprise scale, high concurrency, and high availability technologies and architectures
  • Managing globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with building LLM-based software solutions
  • Agile development methodologies and componentized design
  • Effective delegation and recognition of gaps in knowledge or experience
  • Communicating well with business users, product managers, and senior leadership
  • Experience working in agencies or ad tech industry
