Main Responsibilities
  1. Strategically composing teams for IT projects, taking into account employee skill sets and project requirements.
  2. Planning the assignment of professionals across projects and tasks, ensuring efficient utilization and minimizing conflicts.
  3. Monitoring and optimizing employee satisfaction analysis to guarantee alignment between assignments and professional growth.
  4. Collaborating with the Internal Systems team to introduce improvements in the company's IT systems.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
