We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce GenAI Production Engineer to join our innovative AI/ML team at Altimetrik. As a key member, you will leverage your expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions specifically tailored to Salesforce environments.

The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP), as well as expertise in integrating AI capabilities into Salesforce ecosystems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop GenAI Systems: Utilize Salesforce technologies such as Data Cloud and Agentforce to create production-level GenAI systems that enhance customer relationship management and agent productivity.
  • Integrate AI/ML Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into Salesforce environments, driving business value through data-driven insights and automation.
  • Drive Feature Development: Work closely with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to drive the full lifecycle of feature and product development, from ideation to deployment.
  • Optimize Salesforce-native Architectures: Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce-native architectures for AI-powered solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.
  • Enhance Data Retrieval: Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using Salesforce Data Cloud to enhance data retrieval and improve customer insights.
  • Develop Proof-of-Concept Projects: Create and deploy proof-of-concept projects related to natural language tasks, customer support automation, and enhanced agent experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Software Engineering Experience: Proven track record in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML projects.
  • Relevant Certifications and Experience: Relevant certifications and experience with Salesforce technologies, including Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Agile Development Practices: Experience with agile development practices and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins).
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
