About the Role
  • Assist in drafting and running bidding processes for EU procurement;
  • Operate procurement processes using digital sourcing tools;
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders, including proposal comparison and spend analysis;
  • Coordinate contract approval flow and collect signatures;
  • Independently manage low complexity projects.
Requirements
  • Fluent command of English C1;
  • Other European language at B2 level;
  • Professional experience in international procurement sourcing;
  • Analytical skills and solid knowledge of Excel;
  • Customer-centric approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
