We seek a skilled professional with expertise in retail inventory management to fill the role of Compliance and Loss Prevention Specialist. As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Polish market by collaborating with Store Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Global Business Services organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing data and monitoring stock movements to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Conducting annual and cycle stock takes by coordinating timelines, collaborating with vendors, and providing documentation to auditors.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures concerning stock accuracy and ensuring their adherence among stores.
- Implementing new stock accuracy processes and creating new procedures as needed for new projects.
- Delivering training sessions for Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers on stock management best practices.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A thorough understanding of the retail industry and experience in analytical roles, particularly in stock management, reconciliation, or audit.
- Excellent language skills in Polish and a high level of proficiency in English.
- A methodical approach to problem-solving, along with analytical skills and the ability to provide detailed report analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management, accounts receivable modules of ERP systems, dashboards, ticketing platforms, Power BI reports, and OMS systems would be beneficial.
- Flexibility and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to achieve business objectives.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, along with a proactive attitude and team spirit.
