Job Title: Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Kongsberg Maritime Poland Sp. z o.o. as a key member of our software development team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing software development projects, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance. You will be expected to have a deep technical knowledge and expertise in listed programming languages, database systems, and software development tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of software development best practices, technologies, and tools.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve software development processes and outcomes.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Proficient in C# development with a strong understanding of ASP.NET Core.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of software development best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with system integration and working with various APIs and third-party services.
  • Experience with integrating automated tests into the development workflow.
Soft Skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset, capable of troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a geographically distributed multi-cultural environment.
