**Treasury Operations Role**

Aon Corporation seeks a skilled Treasury Analyst to join our Financial Risk Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for trade execution, bank relationship management, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and business acumen. Key responsibilities include:

  • Derivative execution, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Hedge program management, both qualified and non-qualified
  • Building relationships with traders and negotiating prices
  • Counterparty management, including MTM exposures
  • Shadowing services for FX transactions in cash pool
  • Regulatory compliance, adhering to EMIR and Dodd-Frank guidelines
  • Rate reconciliation

To succeed, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred
  • Experience in trading foreign exchange and interest rate securities, and operations
  • English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax disciplines
  • Excel skills, including VBA and ODBC/SQL query architecture
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Leadership and communication skills
