About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled risk management professional to join our team as an Advanced Compliance Analyst - AI Focus. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing an AI Governance Program that ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

As the primary point of contact for all AI governance and compliance-related matters, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing an AI Governance Program that addresses regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on AI governance and compliance matters, providing guidance to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for the AI Governance Program, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Providing regular updates on governance activities to key stakeholders, soliciting feedback to validate Relativity's controls.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in risk and compliance functions, preferably in an AI context.
  • Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address compliance gaps.
