Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our digital experience projects. With expertise in managing software engineering projects, especially those related to website and e-commerce platform development, this individual will be responsible for delivering reliable software solutions and services to clients worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the pre-sales process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and pitches.
  • Coordinate offer preparation, ensuring that all necessary materials are complete and accurate.
  • Participate in business meetings with clients, effectively communicating project plans and progress.
  • Plan project delivery, including setting up teams and establishing timelines.
  • Manage the delivery of projects from kick-off to go-live, as well as ongoing product development.
  • Control project budget distribution, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Oversee communication, escalations, changes, and risks, as well as manage remote project teams.
  • Solve people's management issues, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Creatively look for opportunities to develop the account, increase the success rate of managed projects, and bring in new businesses.
Our Requirements
  • Hold Project Management certificates such as Prince2 or PMI.
  • Have e-commerce platforms experience, preferably with Magento (Adobe Commerce) or Shopify.
  • Be involved in managing software development projects focused on building websites or e-commerce platforms.
  • Prove experience in project or service delivery using major DXP platforms like Adobe, Optimizely, Acquia, Sitecore, Magnolia, Bloomreach, and Liferay.
  • Successfully delivered at least one project in the e-commerce domain.
  • Show a strong understanding of software development and project management life cycles.
  • Hold at least 4 years of project leadership experience.
  • Achieve Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English language proficiency.
  • Have knowledge of the Polish language.
  • Reside in Poland.
