GBS Senior Operational Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a GBS Senior Operational Analyst. As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end process for External Stakeholder Engagement and Sponsorship, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ESE Owner with the submission of engagement requests through to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and analyze root cause problems related to ESE and Sponsorship processes.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Develop and maintain GBS process-related documentation, including work instructions, job aids, and quick cards, to support new joiners.
  • Conduct routine operational meetings with internal business partners to discuss KPIs, metrics, and process improvements.
  • Support the development and implementation of mitigation actions to address incidents related to ESE and Sponsorship processes.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a fast-paced administration or operational role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working with workflow programs and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
