Job Description

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team of programmers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers in Kraków and Warsaw. As an IT Automation Tester, you will participate in the design and implementation of modern business applications for both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Design and Implementation: Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scenarios to effectively evaluate software functionality, performance, and user experience.
  • Automation Testing: Implement and maintain automation tests based on Playwright and API tests, continuously improving test scripts to enhance efficiency and test coverage.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with your team to identify and resolve software defects before they impact end-user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • English Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal English language skills (minimum B2 level) are required as you will be working in an international environment and communicating with both your team and clients in English.
  • Testing Experience: 3+ years of experience in testing web-based business applications, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking skills to identify and resolve software defects effectively.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic approach to work, consistently demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Technical Expertise: Practical programming knowledge that can be applied for testing automation, basic experience with performance and security testing.
  • Learning Agility: A receptive and open mindset, eager to embrace modern technologies and continuously expand your knowledge base.
