Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute presales strategies to achieve high-quality outcomes and efficient results, adhering to company standards and methodologies.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors, providing expert consultation during presales and delivery stages.
- Work as a Presales Community Leader, developing and improving presales standards, enhancing the competencies of key team members involved in the bid management process.
- Act as a Delivery Manager in initial project or service delivery phases, ensuring effective teamwork and addressing customer issues.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business and participate in conferences to promote Sii's maturity and potential.
To excel in this role, you will require a Master's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent qualifications. A minimum of 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level is also necessary.
- Knowledge of public procurement law and experience from participation in public tender processes is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, along with the ability to drive teams and establish good relationships with people, are crucial for success in this role.
- Fluent English and Polish language skills are mandatory, with German proficiency being an added benefit.
