About the Opportunity

TN Poland offers an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving successful sales strategies and conducting the bid process.

This role involves developing customer relationships, providing consultation on technology solutions, and working closely with project teams to deliver complex IT projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute presales strategies to achieve high-quality outcomes and efficient results, adhering to company standards and methodologies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors, providing expert consultation during presales and delivery stages.
  • Work as a Presales Community Leader, developing and improving presales standards, enhancing the competencies of key team members involved in the bid management process.
  • Act as a Delivery Manager in initial project or service delivery phases, ensuring effective teamwork and addressing customer issues.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business and participate in conferences to promote Sii's maturity and potential.
About Your Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require a Master's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent qualifications. A minimum of 10 years of experience in presales and delivery of IT solutions at the enterprise level is also necessary.

  • Knowledge of public procurement law and experience from participation in public tender processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, along with the ability to drive teams and establish good relationships with people, are crucial for success in this role.
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills are mandatory, with German proficiency being an added benefit.
