At Ovoko, one of the fastest-growing e-commerce startups in Europe, we're seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager - Logistics and Supply Chain to oversee the daily operations of our package consolidation center. This critical role ensures smooth and efficient processes within the warehouse and sorting facility while maintaining the highest operational standards.

We're looking for an experienced professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in logistics warehouse or sorting center management. A proven track record in developing and optimizing operational processes is essential. Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and fluency in both Polish and English (spoken and written) are also required.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management capabilities, familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational tools, and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role offers a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you'll receive a flat organizational structure, close collaboration with talented colleagues, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Additionally, you'll prepare regular reports for senior management and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations.
