The Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Consultant to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team in Kraków, Poland. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with international teams across North America and Asia to provide data-driven insights and support our transition to SAP S/4. Your work will bridge the gap between Data Engineers and Data Analysts, helping to nurture a data-driven culture globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and monitor SAP Analytics Cloud to ensure smooth operation and issue resolution.
  • Develop new and improve SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards and reports to optimize usability and data visualization.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data analytics and BI requirements.
  • Ensure secure and compliant user experiences by working closely with the Authorization team.
  • Help develop training materials and conduct user training to enhance adoption.
  • Maintain Data Catalog and Data Lineage to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as a Junior Consultant or Consultant working with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP BO Tools. A basic knowledge of SAP BW/BW4 Data Warehouse or SAP Datasphere modelling is a plus. You should have a strong understanding of data analytics and BI best practices. Additionally, you will be team-oriented with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and self-directed with an innovative mindset. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, and occasional travel to other Amer Sports locations may be required.
