Job Description

This role reports to the Manufacturing Unit Manager. Your key responsibilities include partnering with the LPG LVS leadership team to develop the overall Business and People Strategy, executing HR priorities while adding value to the business, and engaging in strategy development initiatives for the global GPG LVS Organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ">
• 5 years' experience in HR, either as an HRBP or with a focus on talent management, learning, and organizational development, or consulting and advising business leaders in people-related topics.">
• A digital mindset with proficiency in using Microsoft 365.">
• The ability to design and deliver soft skills trainings, workshops, and programs facilitation.">
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.">
• Ability to build strong relationships across stakeholders with a collaborative approach.">
• Self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.">
• Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing circumstances.">
• Fluency in English.">
