Senior SAP PLM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP PLM Consultant to join our team at Schaeffler Global Services Europe Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw, Poland.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional and international project teams, as well as internal and external partners worldwide, to drive process optimization and improvement.
  • Analyze and harmonize processes in the context of PLM, ensuring seamless integration with S/4 HANA.
  • Provide logistical data to other systems, such as for calculation purposes.
  • Establish consistent processes and IT solutions by setting up templates in the S/4HANA system landscape.
  • Customize ERP systems to meet business needs.
  • Develop functional specifications based on business input.
  • Hand over specifications to developers and maintain close communication during development.
  • Test implementation based on defined use cases and document test results.
  • Offer user support during the implementation phase at project locations and remotely.
Your Qualifications
  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Good knowledge of SAP/R3, especially in production master data creation and use, ideally combined with experience in S/4HANA.
  • Desirable experience and comprehensive know-how in production, purchasing, sales, and quality environments.
  • System knowledge in SAP PLM and the SAP Business Technology Platform, as well as initial experience with SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage.
  • Additional know-how in SAP API management and experience with REST clients.
  • Knowledge of architectures and interfaces in connection with SAP, as well as initial experience with UI5 and SAP Fiori.
  • Very good knowledge of English (and willingness to travel internationally). German language skills are an advantage.
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style paired with quality awareness and analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Confident and convincing appearance, communication, and assertiveness skills, as well as strong teamwork abilities.
