Content Reviewer

At Genpact, we are seeking a highly skilled Content Reviewer - Process Associate to join our team. As a Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital streets are safe for our communities across the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
- Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
- Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or another format daily
- Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
- Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements
- Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
- Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager
- Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI's and all performance metrics are met
- Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions
- Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project
Requirements:
- Proficient level of Danish min B2
- Very good level of English min B2
- Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset
- High School Degree
