Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team

  • Manage and grow our social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.
  • Develop content calendars and write engaging posts.

We're looking for someone who can work closely with our Head of Growth to develop content for our blog, including thought leadership articles and data visualization topics.

You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Graphic Designer to create eye-catching photos and videos for social media and blog articles.

In addition, you'll support the Head of Growth and the Growth Team in preparing assets for conferences and events.

Your role will involve developing, implementing, tracking, and analyzing performance and content marketing initiatives.

Moreover, you'll manage our CRM (Hubspot) marketing funnel and create email and LinkedIn newsletters for MQLs.

This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.

You'll be responsible for conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
