We are seeking a Career Development Opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our growing European client base. Your role is critical in ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in English and German.
  • Resolve technical and operational customer issues with a customer-first attitude.
  • Work with our technical and sales teams to improve customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, Polish, and German (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in customer support, helpdesk, or call center roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to explain things clearly and a patient approach to customers.
