Job Description
This role involves managing transition stage gates and schedules to agreed standards, facilitating key status updates and transition meetings, and creating transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements. You will also be responsible for building close relationships with key stakeholders and effectively managing transition-related issues and proposing effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 7 years' experience in GBS transitions, educated to Bachelor of Arts or Masters level, and experience leading large-scale, high-visibility business process transitions. Additionally, they should have knowledge of English at least at B2/C1 level and German (nice to have).

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience in GBS transitions
- Educated to Bachelor of Arts or Masters level
- Experience leading large-scale, high-visibility business process transitions
- Knowledge of English at least at B2/C1 level and German (nice to have)
- Experience driving process improvements, including PRINCE2 or PMP certifications
- Experience in developing new services and process taxonomies across Finance, Procurement, and HR
- International experience required
- Experience in creating global transformation methodologies and being responsible for execution through cross-function governance and reporting to senior stakeholders overall program delivery
