Egress System Expertise

We are seeking an experienced F-16 Egress Technician to join our team at TN Poland. As an expert in egress systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of these critical systems on fighter aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement maintenance and safety policies for egress systems, guaranteeing the highest level of performance and reliability.
  2. Maintain all necessary egress and egress equipment on inducted F-16 aircraft, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  3. Ensure pilot ejection systems are precisely maintained in perfect working condition, enabling pilots to safely exit the aircraft in emergency situations.
  4. Perform removal, inspection, and reinstallation of F-16 ejection seat, components, and sub-components, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  5. Troubleshoot, test, and repair, if necessary, F-16 ejection systems, leveraging your knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical principles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Desired: Completed Technical or Military School Training.
  • 4 Years related experience on USAF fighter aircraft, with a strong understanding of aviation maintenance procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work in an austere environment and to perform work in a hangar or aviation field environment, showcasing flexibility and resilience.
