About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Security & Compliance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our Operational Technology (OT) systems.
Job Description


  • You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and workshops to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with our OT systems.
  • You will work closely with our IT security and operational technology teams to ensure integration between OT and IT security practices.
  • You will establish and maintain effective cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to our offshore wind farm environments.
  • You will ensure compliance with national and international cybersecurity regulations and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIS-CAF.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct regular risk assessments and workshops to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with our OT systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to our offshore wind farm environments.
  • Work closely with our IT security and operational technology teams to ensure integration between OT and IT security practices.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international cybersecurity regulations and standards.

Requirements



  • Proven experience in cybersecurity risk management, particularly in the context of operational technology (OT) and critical infrastructure.
  • Strong technical understanding of OT systems, networking, and cybersecurity protocols relevant to offshore wind operations.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and business leaders.
  • Familiarity with SCADA, ICS, and other OT technologies.
  • A good understanding of risk management principles, especially in the context of operational technology (OT) and critical infrastructure.
