- Negotiate agreements for renewable energy and power storage projects;
- Advise on energy and administrative law, regulatory frameworks, and permitting processes;
- Negotiate ancillary agreements for renewable energy projects;
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal policies, and processes;
- Draft, negotiate, and manage long-term corporate PPAs and related documentation;
- Liaise with internal teams and provide legal training;
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with several years of experience in Poland;
- Excellent academic background and experience gained in top-tier international/local law firm or similar in-house role;
- Expert knowledge of administrative and energy law;
- Excellent communication and technical drafting skills;
- Fluent in English and Polish;
