Job Description

• Develop comprehensive integration strategies to streamline post-merger operations across all business functions, including finance, operations, HR, IT, and sales.
• Identify high-potential areas for synergy realization, process optimization, and risk mitigation during the integration process.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure alignment of integration objectives with the overall corporate strategy.
• Oversee the end-to-end integration process, managing timelines, resources, and budgets for all integration activities.
• E nsure that integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the financial targets set during the deal.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring effective communication across departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project management, corporate strategy, or integration management.
• Proven expertise in managing integration projects, preferably in a corporate setting or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
• Experience working across multiple functions (finance, HR, IT, operations) and industries during M&A transactions.
