We are seeking a Finance Shared Services Expert to join our team in Cracow. As a key member of the Partner Master Data Team, you will provide support and training for stakeholders while ensuring high-quality processed master data requests.
Your Responsibilities
- Verifying and correcting requests in the MDG system.
- Maintaining Master Data records for efficient and accurate Customer and Vendor accounts in all systems within scope.
- Ensuring high-quality processed master data requests.
- Daily monitoring of ServiceNow tickets.
- Providing support and training for stakeholders.
- Creating reports on Business Part records from SAP system.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance combined with understanding of Master Data.
- Knowledge of SAP S4 and MDG systems is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in Finance Shared Services for a global company is a strong plus.
- Proficient in business English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills; exposure to accounting tools is a strong plus.
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
