You will collaborate with clinical experts, designers, and product teams to create user-friendly and evidence-based materials in various formats, including articles, audio, and video.

Your content will directly impact our users' experience, supporting them to engage with Oviva's app, complete courses, and achieve their health goals.

  • Write, proofread, and edit health-focused educational content with clear calls to action.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Leads, Pathway Leads, Graphic Designers, and Product Managers to co-create engaging and safe content.
  • Convert clinical insights and learning objectives into well-structured, user-friendly materials.
  • Manage content projects from start to finish, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Identify user needs from interviews, surveys, and research, and design content that meets those needs using instructional design principles.
  • Brief and manage external collaborators, including designers, uploaders, and freelancers.
  • Contribute to improving Oviva's content development processes, tools, and methodologies.
