This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Portfolio Compliance Manager and make a significant impact on our business.

As a Portfolio Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance results on client portfolios related to Regulatory and Investment Manager (IM) mandates.

  • You will work closely with Depositary Supervisor and teams to provide technical support and ensure all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring compliance results on client portfolios related to Regulatory and Investment Manager (IM) mandates.
  • Utilizing State Street's Investment Compliance & Reporting platform to complete research, analysis, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in English - written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, contribute, and communicate effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work under pressure compared to tight deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
