Role Overview

The GIS Operations Manager at Aceolution is responsible for managing the ingestions and processing of aerial data. This role involves assessing, pre-processing, pipeline ushering, post processing, and modifying both first and third-party, 2D and 3D aerial/satellite/drone imageries and derivative products (DSM/DTM, Orthophoto's Mosaics, 3D city models, synthetic obliques and synthetic nadir).

Key Accountabilities
  • Quality Control: Monitor daily production and quality of data sets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional groups to ensure data flows through the pipeline to production, meeting project goals and deadlines.
  • Operational Excellence: Plan and execute daily operations to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet SLAs/SLOs for critical regions.
  • Technical Support: Interface with engineering teams to continually improve and automate overall operations process and technical knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop solutions to mitigate latency and quality issues with stakeholders.
