About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling electrical equipment, particularly transformers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble electrical equipment according to technical drawings and specifications
  2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork

We Offer:

  1. A competitive salary of 4700 PLN gross per month, plus a premium up to 500 PLN gross monthly
  2. An additional payment for working in 4 brigades system – 960 PLN gross
  3. A double addition for work at night
  4. An annual bonus for meeting production targets
