As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Equinix, you will play a critical role in supporting the team with data exploration, audits, and reporting. You will develop your knowledge and skills to create, update, and manage dashboards, reports, and presentations that drive business decisions.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for:
- Creating, updating, and managing dashboards (Excel-based) to track key metrics and performance indicators;
- Developing and maintaining multiple recurring reports to monitor project status, forecasting dates, and other essential metrics;
- Designing and creating PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders;
- Providing ad-hoc reporting support as needed to ensure timely decision-making;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and meet deadlines;
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting notes from meetings and discussions;
- Performing data analysis, comparing datasets, and combining data using advanced Excel techniques;
- Identifying and resolving data errors, working closely with stakeholders to rectify discrepancies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, vlookups, and basic functions;
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage email effectively;
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience in creating engaging presentations;
- Familiarity with SQL, SmartSheets, or similar tools (not required but a plus);
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for data integrity;
- Ability to work independently, making informed decisions and escalating issues when necessary;
- Fluency in English (written and verbal). A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a relevant engineering discipline is preferred.
As an employee of Equinix, you can expect a competitive salary, with an estimated range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
