Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Dropbox Paper team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you'll be responsible for driving the development of our cloud-based solutions and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of cloud-based solutions for Dropbox Paper
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the performance and scalability of our cloud-based solutions
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers and meet business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues that may impact product development or customer experience
Requirements
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and engineering management
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex technical projects
  • Strong technical skills in cloud-based solutions, software development, and engineering management
