About the Role

This is an opportunity to leverage your linguistic expertise and sales acumen to drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll work effectively to service, enhance, and build relationships with current and future customers, providing professional support across various communication channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Contact existing customers in your portfolio for consultations, identifying new business potential and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work in a target-driven environment, meeting individual sales targets and contributing to the overall team's success by increasing the customer base.
  • Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns, encouraging them to adopt new marketing strategies.
  • Navigate the client to implement campaign suggestions, ensuring seamless execution and optimized results.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by optimizing their accounts using analytical skills, resulting in increased program revenue.
  • Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team player, contributing to the overall team sales targets.

Your Background

  • Hold verbal and written bilingual proficiency in both German (minimum B2+/C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Possess sales aptitude, goal orientation, and computer savvy skills.
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Krakow area.
