This position reports directly to the Tax Team Leader.

You will be part of the finance team in the Business Services organization, working in the largest center located in Krakow. Your primary responsibility will be assisting in preparing accounting studies and financial reports by completing accounting activities, recording financial transactions, and applying relevant accounting techniques and standards to identify and resolve issues.

The work model for this role is hybrid.

You will be accountable for:

  • Performing transactional tax activities, executing tax analyses, and reports as assigned
  • Ensuring the production of reports, such as VAT registers, SAF-T, Intrastat reports, CIT reports, WHT information, etc.
  • Clearing errors, applying tax and accounting techniques, and standard practices to classify and record financial transactions to solve unusual issues
  • Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation
  • Supporting management with financial aspects of project funding and risk assessment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in the Finance area, e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, Tax
  • Practical knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle
  • Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • An enhanced knowledge of basic European tax law, direct and/or indirect tax
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • A degree in Finance or equivalent areas
  • Advanced English language skills
