We are seeking a seasoned International Tax Specialist to lead our transfer pricing efforts. Reporting to the International Tax Director, this role presents an exciting opportunity to shape transfer pricing at TN Poland during a pivotal time in our transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Transfer Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive transfer pricing strategies that align with business operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce transfer pricing policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements and support the company's overall tax strategy.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare responses to information requests and defend transfer pricing positions in audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate transfer pricing risks by monitoring changes in regulations and assessing their impact on the company.
  • Business Partnering: Partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations on transfer pricing structures and support stakeholders with business change.
  • People Management: Lead a team of transfer pricing professionals in the Centre of Excellence, providing training and support to ensure they fulfill their roles effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Professional certifications (ideal ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), Certified Tax Advisor (Doradca Podatkowy), or ADIT (international tax)) with at least two years' PQE.
  • Established career in transfer pricing or corporate income tax working in or with large multinational companies.
  • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines, and operational considerations.
  • Good technology skills in Excel or ERP systems.
  • Experience in managing, delivering, and coordinating projects or processes.
  • Practical experience of Transfer Pricing across policy, operations, and documentation in an in-house role.
  • Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced, transformational environment.
  • Strong project management skills and a proactive continuous improvement mindset.
