Solution Center Specialist with Ukrainian Language Skills

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a seamless employee experience by responding to inquiries, processing HR data, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your Ukrainian language skills will be essential in communicating with employees and external partners. Additionally, your knowledge of Polish labor law will be crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations. Main Responsibilities:
• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Process HR data, including employment documents, HR system registrations, and data reports
• Collaborate with HR services providers and institutions, such as the Social Security Institution and Tax Offices
• Validate payroll data with regards to absences
• Prepare statutory reports and data for external and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulations, such as SOX, and best practices

Candidate Profile:
• Required knowledge of Polish labor law
• Very good knowledge of Ukrainian, Polish, and English
• Required previous experience with HR Administration, preferably in a dynamic environment, SSC/BPO
• Experience in working with HR systems, such as SAP HCM, and MS Office
• Legal appreciation and core employment law knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate in an international, matrix organization, and consumer-oriented attitude
• Cultural agility to work with diverse teams and employee groups
• Analytical capability to analyze, interpret surveys, and provide insight
• Well-organized, ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
