Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI software engineer to join our Data and Analytics team within the Group Financial Crime Prevention Service Area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in productionizing ML and Gen AI models, as well as the supporting infrastructure required for these.

About Our Team

Our Data and Analytics team is part of the Financial Crime Prevention Technology (FCPT) domain, which adds value by providing a strong technology team with the right capabilities for the Group Financial Crime Prevention business teams. We strive to provide tools and technology that enable businesses to leverage the value of our data through advanced analytics, generative and predictive AI.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and ML Ops engineers to integrate model pipelines into core applications.
  • You will design and develop software required to interact with models by connecting model pipelines to overall applications and ensuring smooth embedding within business systems.
  • You will help establish or revise team development standards.
  • You will facilitate effective deployment of models into production environments.
  • You will work closely with MLOps engineers to select or create tools required to support model deployment.

Your Background and Skills

  • You should have 3+ years' experience in Python software development working in an agile environment and agile software development practices ideally in the context of DevOps/MLOps experience.
  • You should have experience with AI technologies, working with DevOps or MLOps tooling, data pipelines, and ML models and LLMs.
  • You should demonstrate partial experience with PyTest, GIT, Jenkins pipelines, GitHub or BitBucket, Docker, Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, Splunk), Jira, and Confluence.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Should have experience with MlFlow.
  • Should have experience with PySpark.
  • Should have experience with Hadoop.
  • Should have experience with databases (MS SQL or Oracle).
  • Should have experience with Artifactory or Nexus repository.
  • Should have experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, Robot Framework.
  • Should be able to define, execute, and report tests in Jenkins.
  • Should have experience with Kubernetes/KubeFlow.
