About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Global ETF Data Expert to join our data team at ETFbook.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on key data and analytics contents relevant for institutional clients (buy-and-sell side) for analysing, utilizing, and interpreting data related to global ETFs markets, including ETF markets in EMEA, AMER and APAC.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering trusted data and analytics solutions to internal stakeholders and predominantly to external clients, enabling data-driven decisions or strategic solutions
  • Working closely with Business, Tech and Product teams on unified, efficient, and collaborative approach to ensure great depth of data and breadth of analytics within ETFbook solutions
  • Maintaining and improving data quality, accuracy, and integrity across various ETFbook solutions (Web-Application and APIs)
  • Responding to client requests related to data and analytics requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the ETF/Indexing industry within data, analytics, portfolio management, risk or research field
  • Preferred Master degree in data analysis, data science or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python/R and experience in Data Visualisation techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience in Databricks preferred
  • Experience in project delivery across cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Interest in financial data
