Scrum Master

Billennium is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our dedicated community. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation, collaboration, and trust. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving the quality of life for people worldwide through modern solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Your responsibilities will include coordinating Scrum meetings, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, facilitating communication between the development team and Delivery Manager, removing impediments, and communicating project status to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying and managing project risks. To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience. You should have extensive experience working with virtual/dispersed project teams, proficiency in project management methodologies, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope. You will also need exceptional consulting and negotiation skills, fluency in English (C1/C2 level), and essential certifications such as PSMI, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM, and at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner).
