Luxury Residential Architect

Amida Consulting Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Architectural Assistant to support the architectural and technical stages of high-end residential projects across London. This studio is renowned for their thoughtful luxury concepts and impressive portfolio of projects in London and overseas.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team throughout the design and construction process, developing technical drawings, producing tender packages, and coordinating with consultants and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting senior architects on high-end residential projects
  2. Developing technical drawings and producing tender packages
  3. Coordinating with consultants and suppliers
  4. Working collaboratively within a team to deliver projects to the highest standard

This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious properties in London's most sought-after locations.

Requirements:

  • Part II qualified with experience in a luxury design studio or high-end residential projects
  • Strong technical skills and understanding of RIBA work stages and UK construction processes
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite (InDesign & Photoshop preferred)
  • A keen eye for detail, materials, and architectural design within luxury interiors
  • Strong time management and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Driven, hands-on approach, with the ability to take initiative when required
