We require an IT Project Manager to oversee projects and teams across Central Europe, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and effective management of expectations.

Key Activities:

  • Project management in the Central European Cluster (Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania)
  • Consistent application of project methodologies within the IT team
  • Project portfolio management and development
  • Task and resource coordination across multiple teams
  • Risk tracking and collaboration on mitigation strategies
  • Effective scope change management
  • Testing phase leadership

Solution Creation:

  • Designing operational and system workflows
  • Aligning solutions with company standards
  • Maximizing standard WMS solution usage

Update & Communication:

  • Providing updates on project progress, risk mitigation, and issue management to stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in WMS implementation (additional TMS systems beneficial)
  • Strong background in project management, including leading projects in waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Logistics experience, especially with 3PL expertise
  • Proficiency in English, with German as an additional asset
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with independent work capabilities
