Capital Expenditure Manager

We are looking for a Capital Expenditure Manager who can take charge of our procurement process and ensure its smooth operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement cycle, from identifying and selecting suppliers to negotiating prices and delivering high-quality products on time.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the entire procurement CAPEX process, including identifying and selecting suppliers for technical components, machinery, and infrastructure needs.
• Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to ensure optimal value for our company.
• Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (Engineer title is a must).
• Experience in similar projects and in purchasing goods and technical services.
• Fluent in both English and Polish.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivation to work, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingsness to travel on business.
