Responsabilités

  • Utiliser les compétences en service client, les techniques de vente de base et la connaissance des produits pour connecter les clients avec le bon produit et stimuler les ventes
  • Construire le lien entre le consommateur et la marque en fournissant un service supérieur et en adaptant les histoires de la marque au contexte de la vente
  • Maintenir la connaissance des différents départements de la boutique et être disponible pour opérer le caissier pour les transactions régulières, effectuer les tâches de livraison et de réception, stocker le plancher, effectuer les tâches de nettoyage et construire les affichages visuels lorsque nécessaire
  • Agir comme une ressource en connaissance des produits pour les consommateurs et les associés débutants. Chercher des opportunités d'éducation pour développer une connaissance avancée ou spécialisée sur la vente, les produits Nike et la culture, les techniques de vente et de service
  • Aider les Leads, les Associés Seniors et les Gestionnaires à former les associés débutants
  • Aider aux efforts de prévention des pertes en fournissant un service client proactif
  • Une ou plusieurs années d'expérience en service client et/ou en vente préférées
  • Une passion démontrable pour la marque Nike
  • Capable de réaliser les opérations mathématiques de base, y compris l'addition, la soustraction, la multiplication et la division
  • Capable de communiquer efficacement en anglais verbal et écrit (ou autre langue pertinente)
  • Capable de réaliser plusieurs tâches dans un environnement rapide
  • Capable de travailler efficacement avec d'autres dans un environnement orienté équipe et de fournir un excellent service client

Conditions requises

  • Une ou plusieurs années d'expérience en service client et/ou en vente préférées
  • Une passion démontrable pour la marque Nike
  • Capable de réaliser les opérations mathématiques de base, y compris l'addition, la soustraction, la multiplication et la division
  • Capable de communiquer efficacement en anglais verbal et écrit (ou autre langue pertinente)
  • Capable de réaliser plusieurs tâches dans un environnement rapide
