Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Unix automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, to foster effective collaboration within the team.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to the collective expertise of the team.
- Document code, scripts, and configurations thoroughly to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer within the team.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Ansible, Red Hat Satellite, EfficientIP, Python, Bash, with a good knowledge of Linux/Unix sysadmin.
- Experience with CI/CD principles and practices.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a developer, with a strong knowledge of Linux/Unix sysadmin.
- Proven track record of working in a collaborative and agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- EU citizenship.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to go on occasional business trips abroad and to our office in Katowice.
