About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Project Leader to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project leadership.

You will be responsible for leading the project team from order to customer take-over, ensuring seamless delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work proactively with analysis, decisions, and actions
  • Manage the team in terms of daily operation and people management
  • Drive technical discussions, making quotations and presentations for customers
  • Build and maintain good customer relations

Requirements:

  • A technical university degree or other relevant education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project leadership and industrial automation
  • A solid understanding of Plant Automation Technology
  • A very good command of English, both written and verbal, is a must
  • Driving licence
  • Knowledge of server systems, network, virtualization, and programming in HMI (Aveva, Ignition, Siemens), PLC (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider), and MES, as well as experience in databases is a strong merit
  • Well-structured, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to find common solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • A positive, inspiring approach to project leadership, with a passion for motivating and coaching others
