We are seeking an experienced researcher to join our team as a Senior Bioinformatics Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large-scale genomic data sets to understand the underlying mechanisms of gene expression.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze NGS data to identify differentially expressed genes and their regulatory networks
- Develop and implement machine learning models to predict gene expression levels
- Collaborate with a team of computational biologists to integrate data from multiple sources

- PhD in Biological Sciences or related field
